Refund Policy

TheOmegaCollective (“we,” “us,” or “our”) stands behind the quality of its consulting services and online products. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:
- Consulting and coaching services purchased directly from us; and
- Online products, including digital courses, programs, or other content, purchased directly from us,
unless a separate written agreement between you and TheOmegaCollective expressly provides different refund terms. Where such an agreement exists, that agreement will control.
2. Standard Refund Window
Except as otherwise provided in a separate written agreement, we offer a 100% refund of the purchase price of any eligible consulting service or online product:
- for up to seven (7) days after delivery of the service or product; and
- on a “no questions asked” basis.
After the seven (7) day period has expired, no refunds will be issued.
For the purposes of this policy:
- “Delivery” of consulting services means the date on which the final consulting or coaching session is held, or the date on which we last make the agreed deliverables available to you, whichever occurs first.
- “Delivery” of online products means the date on which access to the product is first made available to you (for example, when login credentials or access links are sent).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the applicable seven (7) day period, you must contact us at:

- Subject line: “Refund Request – [Order/Invoice Number]”
Please include your full name, purchase date, and any relevant order or invoice number so we can locate your transaction. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment whenever possible.
4. Contracts That Supersede This Policy
If you and TheOmegaCollective have entered into a separate contract, statement of work, or master services agreement that contains its own refund, cancellation, or payment terms, those terms will override this policy to the extent of any conflict.
5. Chargebacks
You agree to contact us and allow us to resolve any refund request in accordance with this policy before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that is not compliant with this policy.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Cancellation Policy

TheOmegaCollective (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides certain services on a recurring basis, such as monthly retainers and ongoing consulting arrangements (“Recurring Services”). This Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel Recurring Services and how such cancellations affect billing.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all Recurring Services purchased directly from us, unless a separate written agreement between you and TheOmegaCollective expressly provides different cancellation or termination terms. Where such an agreement exists, that agreement will control.
2. Cancellation by You
Except as otherwise provided in a separate written agreement:
- You may cancel Recurring Services at any time by providing written notice to us in accordance with Section 4 below.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your then-current billing period (for example, the end of the current month on a monthly retainer).
- No further recurring charges will be incurred after the effective cancellation date.
We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
3. Cancellation by Us
We may suspend or cancel Recurring Services, in whole or in part, upon written notice to you if:
- you fail to pay any amount due and such failure is not cured within a reasonable period after notice;
- you materially breach any agreement with us; or
- we elect, in our reasonable discretion, to discontinue the Recurring Services, in which case we will provide you with reasonable advance notice and a refund of any prepaid amounts for services not yet rendered, where applicable.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel Recurring Services, you must contact us at:

- Subject line: “Cancellation Request – Recurring Services – [Client Name/Invoice Number]”
Please include your full name, the name of the service, and any relevant order, invoice, or agreement number so we can locate your account. Your cancellation request will be effective as of the date we receive your notice, unless a later date is specified in your request and agreed by us.
If your recurring billing is managed through a third-party platform (such as a membership or course platform), you may also need to follow that platform’s cancellation process. We will advise you of any additional steps if applicable.
5. Effect of Cancellation
Upon the effective date of cancellation:
- Your access to the Recurring Services, and any associated deliverables or platforms that depend on an active subscription, may be suspended or terminated, subject to any continuing rights provided in a separate agreement.
- You will remain responsible for all charges incurred through the end of the then-current billing period.
- No additional recurring charges will be made after the effective cancellation date.
This Cancellation Policy operates independently from our Refund Policy. Eligibility for a refund (if any) will be determined under our Refund Policy or any separate agreement that applies.

If you and TheOmegaCollective have entered into a separate contract, statement of work, or master services agreement that contains its own cancellation, termination, or renewal terms, those terms will override this policy to the extent of any conflict.
7. Chargebacks
You agree to contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to address any concerns or cancellation-related issues in accordance with this policy before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that is inconsistent with this policy or any applicable agreement.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Return Policy

TheOmegaCollective (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may offer certain physical products for sale (“Physical Products”). This Returns & Cancellations Policy explains how you may cancel orders and return eligible Physical Products.
1. Scope
This policy applies only to Physical Products purchased directly from us.
- Refunds for consulting services and online products are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
- If you and TheOmegaCollective have entered into a separate written agreement that specifies different terms for Physical Products, that agreement will control in the event of a conflict.
2. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
You may cancel your order for Physical Products at any time before the order has shipped:
- To request cancellation, contact us at support@omegacollective.net with the subject line:
“Order Cancellation – [Order Number]”. - If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original method of payment.
- If your order has already shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may still be able to return the product in accordance with Section 3 below.
3. Returns of Physical Products
We accept returns of eligible Physical Products, provided that:
- You pay the cost of return shipping; and
- The product is returned in original, undamaged condition; and
- The product includes all original packaging and components, even if the packaging has been opened.
- The refund is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items to confirm they meet these conditions before approving a refund.
4. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be free from damage, misuse, or excessive wear not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects.
- The product must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and other materials that were included at the time of delivery.
- Original packaging may be opened, but it must be included with the return.
We may reject a return or issue a partial refund if:
- The product is missing components or packaging;
- The product is damaged beyond normal handling; or
- The product is otherwise not in a resellable condition.
5. Return Shipping & Risk of Loss
- You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
- You bear the risk of loss or damage to the product during return transit until the product is received by us at the designated return address.
6. Refunds for Returned Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If the return is approved, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (excluding any original shipping charges, unless otherwise required by law) to your original method of payment.
- We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process approved refunds within a reasonable time after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If a return is rejected (for example, because the item is damaged or missing components), we will notify you and may, at your request and expense, return the item to you.

If you and TheOmegaCollective have entered into a separate contract, statement of work, or other written agreement that contains its own terms regarding cancellations, returns, or refunds for Physical Products, those terms will override this policy to the extent of any conflict.
